Switching Off the Parts of the Platform You Do Not Use

Settings, then Feature Modules. A module that is off disappears from navigation and from everywhere that links to it, and keeps whatever you had configured in case you turn it back on.

Not every firm wants the same navigation, and a screen nobody opens is still a screen everybody scrolls past. Feature Modules is where you decide which parts exist for your team. It is worth ten minutes in your first week rather than living with a navigation full of things nobody opens.

What you can switch

FeedbackCollect client feedback and ratings.
DashboardThe overview landing page. Off means the team lands in the work itself.
Checklists & RunbooksMethodology checklists and ordered runbooks attached to assessment phases. Off by default, so this one is opt-in rather than opt-out.

What happens when a module is off

It goes from navigation and from every place that would otherwise link to it. Checklists show the pattern well: switch them off and the per-phase dropdowns and the tester panels are hidden everywhere, while the templates you wrote stay exactly where they were. Nothing is deleted, so switching a module back on returns you to what you had rather than to an empty screen.

This is a visibility decision, not a deletion. The tables behind a module are untouched, which is also why turning something off is safe to try.

What you cannot switch off

Assessments, findings and the client portal are the platform itself. Everything else is arrangement around them.
